Do you ship to countries outside the United States?
Yes, we currently ship to most countries around the world. However, due to customs issues, we don’t ship to Venezuela, Guatemala, and countries in Africa. See our shipping page for more information.Similar to the Universal Express program, Halloween Horror Nights Express Pass allows you to skip the regular lines to the haunted houses and select attractions. Halloween Horror Night Express passes are limited and are sold on a first come first served basis.

What are your credentials? Are you really qualified to do this?
I don’t know if one must be “qualified” to be an artist, as everyone should be free to express themselves creatively. However, for this project I suppose it helps that I am a lifelong fan of Halloween, ghosts, witches, skeletons, vampires, etc. I was also blessed with a strong creative streak and a vivid imagination. Fortunately a lot of people are entertained by my nightmarish visions and that’s why I’ve enjoyed such success with my work.Plan on spending a few hours at our location unless your arrive before 9PM.

How can I be sure my order has been received?
After you submit your order through our Web site you’ll receive an e-mail with your order confirmation number. You can click on the order confirmation number to view your entire order. You may also check the status of your order on our Web site, but please allow 24 hours for your order to appear on our Web site tracking system.One reason may be the use of “cookies.” Our Web site is designed to recognize cookies on a computer, and if you’ve disabled the cookies function on your Internet browser, items can’t be added to your shopping cart.

How long will it take to go through?
Plan on spending a few hours at our location unless your arrive before 9PM. As Halloween gets closer, the lines will start to get a longer so if time is important then don’t wait until the last minute; get here early. We highly suggest you purchase the Express ticket online to reserve time.We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and debit cards with a Visa or MasterCard logo. If you’d like to pay by check or money order, please mail your order form and payment to Costume Express, 11220 120th Ave NE, Kirkland, WA 98033. We don’t accept CODs.We are not able to accept cancellations on orders that have already been put into production. The time to process and ship the order is included within each guaranteed time frame. All delivery time frames other than Standard are for the 48 contiguous United States only. Please note: Orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse on business days only, which are Monday through Friday. We don’t provide Saturday, Sunday or holiday delivery.

Why didn’t the promotional code work on my Web order?
All promotional codes have certain requirements that must be met. If your promotional code is from a catalog, the criteria and expiration date of the promotion will be located on the inside cover of that catalog. If you received a promotional code via e-mail, the criteria for the offer will be located at the bottom of the e-mail. If your order meets the criteria of the offer and the discount wasn’t applied, verify that the promotional code was entered correctly.
